Please note that all products are handmade and most of them are made to order. Usually, it takes about 2-10 working days to process your order.

    We hope you will love your new purchase as much as we did making it for you. However, if you are not happy we offer you a 14 days return policy. This holds that any purchase, except for custom orders, made through the website may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order, without stating a reason. The same holds when the item arrives damaged or with an defect.

    After receiving and reviewing your return we'll let you know within 24 hours if we can refund your payment or send you a new item. Both will happen within two weeks after receiving your return.  

    The right to return the product only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same state as when received, unused and undamaged.

    Return costs and responsibility

    The shipment costs for a return shipment are at own expense; unless you have checked out with PayPal, please see below. When you return your product you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs and bear all the risks related to the return shipment. We advice you to return any item using a tracking code.

    PayPal now offers a shipping cost compensation for customers who returned their goods to me.

    Place an order on my website and check out with PayPal. If your item(s) isn’t what you expected, return it:

    – Within the trial period of 14 days;

    – In the undamaged, not written, original factory packaging container;

    – Complete, unused and undamaged.
