DAPHNY RAES products are only available on our webshop. By leaving out retailers we are able to offer exceptional quality at an honest price. Read everything about our philosophy here.

The assembly of our leather goods takes place at trusted, family-owned manufacturers in Poland, Portugal and Turkey. These are the same companies who work for your favourite designer labels.

Vegetable tanning is the most traditional, environmentally friendly tanning technique. The leather is tanned by using natural tannins, extracted from plants and trees instead of chemicals. Click here to learn more.  

Our tannery is located in San Miniato in the beautiful hills of Tuscany, Italy.

They select only the best hides from cattle in West-Europe to make our vegetable tanned leather. Our tannery also features a trademark that guarantees only rawhides from animals that were a sub-product of the meat industry are used.



Our products are designed to stay by your side for years, even decades to come. Leather is like your skin. If you take good care of it, it ages beautifully. Read our full leather care guidelines here.

PERSONALIZATION

With a monogram we refer to a letter, symbol or emoji, which you can pick to personalize our small leather goods. Choose your favourite characters and select a silver or gold-foil embossing.



For all products where personalization is currently possible, you will find instructions on the product page. Simply add your favourite characters in the text field and select a silver or gold-foil embossing. You can add up to 4 characters.

This is a complimentary service, free of charge. Please allow 2 - 4 extra business days to process personalized items.

Since personalized items are custom made to order, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to monogrammed pieces once your order has been submitted.

Our standard delivery takes around 1-3 business days within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. 2-6 working days in the rest of Europe and 5-14 business days to the rest of the world depending on where you live. Read more about shipping here.



Shipments within Europe are handled by DPD.

Intercontinental shipments are mostly handled by FedEx. All shipments require a signature for delivery.

No, we regret that we can not ship items to PO Boxes.

Of course. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking link.

We can not be held responsible for any taxes or duties claimed by countries or customs.

WARRANTY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Yes. The shipment costs for returns are at own expense. You will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs and risks related to the return shipment.

DAPHNY RAES items may be returned up to 30 days from receiving the order. We only accept unused and undamaged items that are in the original packaging and with the hang tags attached.

Since personalized items are custom made to order, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to monogrammed pieces once your order has been submitted.

If you'd like to return your item, please follow the steps below.

1. Register your return or exchange: send an email to hello@daphnyraes.com with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of an exchange, please specify what other item(s) you desire.

2. Prepare your package: write a note with your order number and email. Place the note, along with the item(s) you’d like to return, back in the original packaging. If the box was sealed with a plastic bag,  please reuse this bag and seal it securely with tape.

3. Send it back. Within EU: select a carrier of choice and ship to the address below. For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking.

Outside EU: mark the package with “RETURNED GOODS” clearly. Select a carrier of choice and ship to the address below. For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. Make sure to declare the goods as “re-import” and with a total value of goods equal to €10 to avoid further customs fees.
